The Army

Hey Everyone...

I am honestly considering a career in the army. I know that some poeple that I have talked to about this in the past have expressed how bad of an idea they think this is. Not only coz of the death thing, but also because of the amount of work that it is and all. I know Benjamin, really doesn't like the idea at all. So i am kinda not sure why I am writting this in my blog so that he can see it. But I am serious about it.

I want to go to univeristy, but being in the army doesn't mean that I can't do that. I have always wanted to be a pilot in the army. Now I know that my eyesite is a problem there, but there are ways around that. I have been talking online to Sgt Gary Harriss, and he explained alot of stuff that I was unsure about, and I am really quite excited.

Well whoever reads this, let me know what you think about it.

Update

Hello, i know that i haven't updated for a while but i will. I am really lazy and tierd rite now so i won't say too much. But it is sunny right now and quite warm, and I am happy.

Birmingham

Hey all,

Well today me and dad went to church with the family and then dropped the boys and mum off at home and then went straight on to Birmingham. Finding the University wasn't hard, it was finding where on the campus I needed to be the next day that was difficult. It was lots of fun though spending the day with my dad! That was really awesome actually! Birmingham is really quite big, and the bullring is awesome. I have to walk through it every morning, coz I need to change trains on the way to the University. I know that after the first day it will be easier.

Carolyn and Graham are really nice and their church is really good too. I went to an evening service that is more upbeat than the earlier one, so they said. But it was really fun I can tell you that for sure! Everyone is really nice, and the University looks mega kewl! There is this really big clock that is kewl. And it is like a little town all in itself!

Well I am going to go for now, will let you know how my first day went! Ciao

Work experience

Heya guys!

Well tomorrow I leave for my work experience! It will be sooo fun! Me and my dad are going to go to Birmingham and just do the route, from the University to the poeple's house at which I am staying at. They are friends of our Auntie Jan, she met them when she was on holiday somewhere, I don't know where. I am going to be spending tomorrow night with them, and then every night till friday when Dad will pick me up after my last day at the University. I really hope that I have fun and that I make some new friends.

I am not quite sure what I will be doing during the week, but that's half the fun of it. It is also a downfall as I am not sure what type of clothes I will need or what other things I will need to bring with me. But that's ok, I can always just take a range of stuff. That does remind me that I do need to pack! lol Well I will keep you all updated as the week goes on, and I will let you know who I meet and what I do!!

School Musical

Hey Everyone,
I got a part in the school musical!!! YAY!! Well other than that this was my last friday at school for this school year. Next week I am at Birmingham Universaty for my work experience, and then I just have 3 and 1/2 days till... wait for it... yes!.... THE HOLIDAYS!!!!

Well although the above is happy, my thoughts and prayers are still with the victimes of yesterdays bombs. It is going to take a while for London to be physically back on it's feet and running at 100% efficiency, but we can get there... then it will just be the physical trauma... which will take much longer. But with God we can make it, I just pray so strongly for not only the christians who were effected but the non-christians who don't have know God.

Well got to go and pack ready for sunday when i go up to Birmingham! love you all and will update again soon.

The Bus

London Attack

Hey everyone...
This isn't a happy post. Today London was attack, but 4 terrorists bombs. Three on the London underground, and one on a packed double decker bus, at the hight of rush hour. There were about 40 or more people killed and so far they know of about 350 woonded. This is really quite serious... but we can pray for the families that have lost loved ones, and for the people who just don't know, like us. We have quite alot of family in London. I have just checked the news on the TV and police say that they are unsure if suicide bombers were involved and that there was no warning at all.
My mum works at the postoffice in bourton, and i went to see her b4 coming home after school, and she wouldn't let too much slip but i could tell that she was really worried when I asked her if we had many family members in London, coz we have quite a few aunts and uncles and they are all her brothers and sisters!
But on the brighter side I guess, you know how God works in mysterious ways, well my dad tried out for tons of really well paying jobs in London, and got turned down on all of them. Well if he had got one of those jobs he would have been going into London on the underground about that time. And my friend's dad goes into London on the underground at that time, so she called him at work to check on him, and he missed it by 15 minutes only.
Also one of the bombs exploded right when 2 trains were passing eachother. So all of this was really too well planned to have been planned since London got the Olympics thing and when the bombs went off, it just really isn't possible. But then again you never know.

So N E WAY. God is good in all things, and somehow someway He will work this for good. But we do need to pray for all those that were wounded and for those that have loved ones who won't be coming home.

P.s: I have just read on that site that I have above that a group calling themselves the "The Secret Organization of al-Qaida in Europe" have claimed responsability for the bombs. So at least we know who did it...

Just some thoughts b4 the day begins

Hey Everyone,

It's only the morning, so will be short as I am going to school soon. I just remembered last night that I forgot to mention that... WE WON!!! AND THE OLYMPICS 2012 IS COMING TO LONDON!!!! YAY!!!

So that's kewl... and I was going to say something else but totally forgot! HAHAHAHAHA.... not really funny but thats ok... and I guess that this post is really boring right now (save the olympic bit) so i won't carry on for very long, incase someone reading this falls asleep, and I cause them dain bramage because of the force at which their head hits the keys... that would also leave indented "t"'s and "G"'s on their forhead....
SO on that note I am going to!

Half way through the week

Hello Everybody,
Sorry that I didn't write yesterday, I was really busy. Not much happened yesterday, most of my year was out in Cheltenham doing geography coursework. They had to ask like 50 poeple a bunch of questions. So most our classes were pretty much just having fun as hardly anyone was there in alot of classes.
Today was quite fun, I had like Latin instead of Spanish today, but the lady who was supposed to be coming to talk about it only got here in time to do 15 minutes... so for the rest of the time (like b4 she got there) it was our french teachers that were trying to muddle their way through teaching us some. Really quite boring but really funny to watch. But the lady that came at the end was really great! I am going to order some books from the Cambridge online site to teach myself latin... i will need it, so might as well learn it now.
So I tried out for the school auditions for the next musical coming up... don't think that i did tremendously well, but i am praying and hopeing but won't be dispointed, but would be totally excited if i could get a part! but if not will totally have fun watching it!
Well I got an email from Benjamin i think it was yesterday! so that was great! I came home thinking that coz he is on the road with his fmaily to Vancouver that he wouldn't get to email but wanting to hope just in case, and there it was... AN E-MAIL!!! OOOOOooooOOOOOoooo :P
I also did my presentation in science and everyone liked that from what i got! so that was kewl!
well i don't too much more to say, but love everyone and will write tomorrow if i have time or anything interesting to say!

Today

Hello Everyone,
Well today is another day, and I have ALOT of homework tonight so this won't be very long as i need to get started soon if i want to be finished before midnight. Well today is the 4th and it's today that Benjamin leaves for Vancouver. So for the next week I am just really going to give a fun kind of update on what happened on that specific day so that when Benjamin arrives in Vancouver and checks my blog he will know what I have been doing while he has been cramped in a car for the past week with his brother!! HAHAHAHAHAHA.... sorry that was mean! (I didn't mean it! I LOVE YOU BENNY!!!!)
Well tomorrow I have a presentation that I have to do in science. It was on anything of our choice and of course I picked Astronomy (and that's AstrONOMY, not AstrOLOGY! every different things!! lol Emma!) Well the worst thing is that it is ONLY 2 minutes!! how am I supposed to fit Astronomy into 2 minutes?? I think that I am going to pick the formation of stars and do on that. Anyway, why am I even saying all this, who really cares other than me, and maybe Benjamin, but he isn't even going to read this for about 8 days!
I AM SO SAD!!! 8 days of not talkin to him at all... well I can always email him, but with no reply... but like no msn and no phone or ANYTHING!!!! WAAAAAWAAAAAWAAAAAA!!!!!!
(btw for those of you that think that i am being sarcastic... I'm not, i am really really sad!... in more than one way, yes i know).
Well tomorrow is the 5th, and I am going to go to school... unless i don't finish all my homework and suddenly become sick, then i won't go to school. But I didn't just say that! (just incase aunty Nae or Daddy decide to read my blog... HELLO!!!:D).
Well i love everyone very much and Benjamin especially much! (that isn't really well english spoken on the part of mine... mmm...) *said in an old voice like that of wise Yoda*
So here we are... at the end of my entry for today, unless if something really exciting comes up before I go to bed, then this is goodbye until tomorrow. But like I said something really exciting and kewl could happen before... I.... go.... to... acctually, nothing really kewl will probably happen. UNLESS if Benjamin is suddenly ubducted by the aliens that like in my back yard and teleported all the way over here.... with i guess his computer and his bed(as he can't like without those) o yea and his new game card chip thingy, and all his computer games. Oh yea and his Game Cub and all the games that go along with that, and I suppose Thomas's Xbox, and Halo 1 and 2 games. ...
(I think that is it....) [I think so too...] {and me too....}

Just another day

Hello Everyone,
Well yesterday was Live 8!! And i think that there were about 10 concerts going on around the world... umm... London, Philedelphia, Moscow, Tokyo, Rome, Paris, Berlin, Johannesburg, Edinburgh, and Barrie in Canada. It was really good, and i got to see loads a great people live. Like Linkin Park, Sting, Green Day, Dido, Madonna but she's wasn't that good. And loads others that i can't remember right now. But yea that was really great!!
So other than that really not too much to report today, working in like 15 minutes so can't make this too long as i will need to get off and get ready soon. Church this morning was great and i got to meet some new kids! Luke and Simon, they are really good musicians. Luke on drums and Simon on bass. They have a sister but i can't remember her name, but she was really nice, and a bit shy but i have no dounbt that we will become great friends!
Wow time really flies. So i will be off and will maybe (if i have time) type some more before the end of today! Goodbye to all and God Bless!

Matty my lil brother 

2 Years!

Why hello all you people that are not out there!
Well today is 2 years for me and Benjamin (that's my boyfriend for those of you that don't know)! It's kinda been on and off but more or less two years... TODAY!!
So that was really kewl, couldn't stop thinking about him all day! not that i don't usually think about him alot but today i don't think that i ever stopped thinking about (except maybe when i needed to concentrate on a maths question, but i am sure that he'll understand!:P)
So anyway today was mostly uneventfull save the above. but... IT'S THE WEEKEND!!! YAY
but i am probabaly working, and i have a ton of homework :(
Well i really don't have much news to post today, but thats ok if i think of anything i will add it on laterz, but for now toodles and...
NEVER GO TO BED ARNGY stay up and plot your revenge!! Muahahahaha! lol
(not really tho, it should be the opposite: never let the sun set on your anger but i thought that the above was funny! lolz)
